How we track cheat statuses and what they mean
Every product has a live status our team updates alongside game patches. Here is what "Minimal ban risk", "Updating", "Frozen" and "Detected" mean.
What Do Product Statuses Mean?
We do not use claims such as “100% ban-free” because nobody can guarantee complete safety when using third-party software.
Instead, every product has a current status. It is displayed on the product page before purchase and helps you understand whether the product can be launched right now.
Undetected
The product is working normally and has an Undetected status at the time of the latest check.
This is the standard working status, but it does not mean that there is no risk at all. Always check the status again before launching.
Updating
The product is temporarily being adapted to a new game or anti-cheat version.
Launching may be unavailable during this period. Do not use outdated files and wait until the product returns to a working status.
Frozen
Sales or access to the product have been temporarily paused by the developer.
This may happen because of technical testing, a major game update or required product changes. Do not launch it until the status is updated.
